  • Preparation & finalize concept note for HVAC system
  • Preparation & approval of CHW & VRV schematic
  • Review & Prepare design heat load calculations, Utility estimations, PUE, WUE, TST calculations
  • Preparation of Tender documents i.e. Bill of quantity, technical data sheet, Equipment specifications, Room data sheet etc
  • Preparation & participation in technical bid analysis (TBA)
  • Review & approval on co-ordination drawings prepared by draftsman and finalize with necessary value additions
  • Review & approvals of technical submittals and fabrication drawings and provide approved drawings for execution at site
  • Good understanding of coordinated drawings with LOD 300, 350 & 400
  • Visit site to access work progress and resolve design related site execution issues
  • Understand and review new technology upgrades available in market. Prepare advantages/disadvantages list and discuss with HOD
  • Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them
  • Work in compliance with ISO9001-2015 quality systems

    • Qualifications & Requirements

  • BE Mechanical with 10-12 years of experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Centre
  • Candidate should be able to understand Head load calculation, selection of PAHU, FWU, air cooled & water cooled chillers, TST calculation, HVAC schematics etc
  • Candidatehave knowledge about air cooling, liquid cooling, basic knowledge on immersion cooling system
  • Candidate should know about DC standards i.e ASHARE TC 9.9, TIA 942
  • Candidate should have well versed knowledge about HVAC standard i.e ASHARE 62.1, SMACHA, ISO, NFPA, NBC, UL standard
  • Candidate should know about Data CentreIST procedure & trouble shooting
