Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various maintenance tasks and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
+ Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment
+ Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
+ Complete residential painting projects as needed
+ Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks with external contractors
+ Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues
+ Welding tasks as required
+ Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
Qualifications
+ Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
+ Experience in residential painting is a plus
+ Strong customer service skills
+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
+ Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
+ Leadership skills to supervise maintenance tasks effectively
+ Proficient in English for effective communication with team members and residents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
