Senior Project Manager - Mechanical Systems

Responsibilities

Quantity take-offs, cost estimating, cost analysis, bid reviews and document management primarily for commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Creating competitive and accurate estimates to achieve margin and financial targets

Utilize centralized cost estimating models to ensure current and strategic pricing data is used during all HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical proposal development

Follow-up with potential clients to finalize the work agreement

Schedule and manage resources (HVAC / plumbing manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary lim...
