HVAC Operations Manager
Salary: £47,000 – £52,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance + Pension + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Chesterfield
About the Role
We are working with a well-established renewable energy contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to lead their air conditioning and ventilation division.
This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of ventilation projects — from design and tender stage through to installation, delivery, and handover. Projects range in value from £10k to £1m, covering commercial and industrial environments nationwide.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing technical delivery, managing teams, supporting business growth, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is an office based role with occasional travel required nationally.
