Job Overview

The Senior Engineer will oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC assets across managed communities.

  • Manage overall HVAC systems and requirements, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Plan, monitor and execute Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work for Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) assets to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. To manage all aspects of Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) operations including installation, commissioning, testing troubleshooting diagnostics routine maintenance service repairs upgrades replacements replacement parts inventory control energy audits etc.,
