HVAC Project Manager (or someone ready to become one)

Location: Dandenong, Melbourne VIC

Position: Project Management (Construction)

Work Type: Full time

Work Place Option: On-site

Pay Range: $100,000 - $115,000 base + vehicle allowance

This role is for someone already working in the Australian HVAC industry who's ready to step up into proper project management.

The work is labs, pharma and hospital projects. Complex, regulated, interesting. Not rinse-and-repeat fit-outs.

Responsibilities

The role is a full-time, office-based PM position in Melbourne where you'll be mentored by some of the industry's best. The projects involve labs, pharma and hospital environments, requiring a structured, non-rinse-and-repeat approach.

  • A Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator or Mechanical Engineer with Australian HVAC experience
