Mechanical HVAC Building Project Manager

EliteHire Solutions are looking for an experienced Mechanical HVAC Building Project Manager to join a well established Midlands based M&E design and build contractor delivering commercial and industrial projects valued from Ā£50k to Ā£5m+.
This role is ideal for a seasoned Mechanical professional who enjoys owning projects from design through installation, commissioning and final handover.
The Role
Youāll manage full lifecycle HVAC projects, including:
ā¢ System design, specifications and technical submissions
ā¢ Procurement of suppliers and subcontractors
ā¢ Site coordination and subcontractor management
ā¢ Cost control, variations, forecasts and applications for payment
ā¢ Client meetings, site inspections and issue resolution
ā¢ Commissioning, handover and O&M documentation
