From design and installation to repairs and maintenance this contractor covers the full project lifecycle. They are looking for an HVAC Project Manager to join the business at an exciting time and grow with the business.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering commercial HVAC and mechanical projects from award through to commissioning and handover
  • Managing project programmes, budgets, cost forecasts, and commercial performance
  • Coordinating subcontractors, site activities, procurement, and commissioning works
  • Ensuring WHS, QA, and regulatory compliance across all project sites
  • Providing technical and engineering leadership to optimise design, installation, and performance outcomes
