McCloskey Mechanical is seeking a highly experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technician to support our expanding operations in the Sarasota/ Bradenton region. This role requires specialized expertise in Commercial Refrigeration Systems, Rack Refrigeration, and Glycol Chiller Systems. Core Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration systems Perform installations, startups, and retrofits of HVAC and boiler equipment Service DX systems, chillers, AHUS, RTUs, VAVs, and BAS/BMS controls Interpret schematics and equipment specifications Maintain compliance with codes and safety regulations Requirements Minimum 10 years commercial HVAC/R experience EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) Valid Driver's License Strong troubleshooting skills Benefits Competitive compensation with overtime Long-Term growth opportunities Ongoing training and certification support
