Job Description Job Description We’re looking for an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Preventative Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic service on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in keeping equipment running at peak performance. Responsibilities: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Inspect belts, motors, filters, coils, drains, and electrical connections Clean condenser and evaporator coils Check refrigerant pressures and temperatures Document all findings and recommendations in service reports Communicate any repair needs or system concerns to dispatch or service managers Maintain safety standards Provide professional, courteous service at all customer locations Requirements: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on ladders or rooftops Strong communication and time manageme...
