Position Overview:
The Central Sales Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for supporting the sales team, managing schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Sales Activities: Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for all Comfort Advisors, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.Achieve goal of ensuring a minimum of three (3) sales appointments, Age of Equipment reporting, Service Gantt, or CCLC ride-alongs as additional quote opportunities.Manage the appropriate distribution of opportunities between Comfort Advisors while ensuring prompt appointment response from opportunity creation date.Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in all sales applications, including prompt and complete updates for all reporting.<...
