Position Overview:

The Central Sales Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for supporting the sales team, managing schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination of sales activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Sales Activities: Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for all Comfort Advisors, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

  • Achieve goal of ensuring a minimum of three (3) sales appointments, Age of Equipment reporting, Service Gantt, or CCLC ride-alongs as additional quote opportunities.

  • Manage the appropriate distribution of opportunities between Comfort Advisors while ensuring prompt appointment response from opportunity creation date.

  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in all sales applications, including prompt and complete updates for all reporting.
