Job description: A fast-growing HVAC business in Central New Jersey is seeking a driven and hands-on HVAC Sales Manager to take ownership of its sales function and fuel the next phase of growth. This is not a desk-bound role. Its a front-line leadership position for a sales professional who thrives on closing deals while building and leading a high-performing sales operation.
As the HVAC Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping sales strategy, driving revenue, and representing the business in the market. You will manage the full sales cycle end-to-end while maintaining your own active pipeline of residential and/or commercial sales appointments.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead and grow the HVAC sales function to consistently exceed revenue targets
* Personally conduct in-home and/or commercial sales appointments
* Develop, implement, and continuously refine sales strategies and processes
* Train, mentor, and support current and future sales team members
* Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and key KPIs
* Collaborate closely with ownership and operations to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction
* Act as a professional ambassador for the business across the Central New Jersey market
Qualifications: *Requirements*
* Proven experience in HVAC or home services sales is essential
* Previous sales management or team leadership experience is highly advantageous
* Strong closing ability with a consultative, customer-focused sales approach
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
* A hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead by example
* Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
