Key Responsibilities
Diagnose residential and light commercial HVAC systems accurately
Communicate findings and educate customers on appropriate solutions
Provide clear, ethical sales options that align with customer needs and budgets
Serve as a trusted Comfort Advisor during service and estimate appointments
Maintain professionalism and uphold the companyâs values on every job
Utilize field service software (e.g., ServiceTitan) for scheduling and customer updates
Represent Alvarez Plumbing Co with integrity and expertise
Qualifications
The bulletins under Qualifications should read:
5+ years of HVAC service experience
2+ years of HVAC sales experience
1+ year of ServiceTitan CRM experience
Ability to read and write in clear English
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems
Ability to communicate financing options clearly to customers
Use of ethical sales techniques
EPA Type II Certification
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Ability to pass a drug test
Valid driverâs license
Insurable driving history
High School diploma or GED
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Self-motivated with a passion for performance and goal achievement
