Key Responsibilities


  • Diagnose residential and light commercial HVAC systems accurately

  • Communicate findings and educate customers on appropriate solutions

  • Provide clear, ethical sales options that align with customer needs and budgets

  • Serve as a trusted Comfort Advisor during service and estimate appointments

  • Maintain professionalism and uphold the company’s values on every job

  • Utilize field service software (e.g., ServiceTitan) for scheduling and customer updates

  • Represent Alvarez Plumbing Co with integrity and expertise


Qualifications


  • The bulletins under Qualifications should read:

  • 5+ years of HVAC service experience

  • 2+ years of HVAC sales experience

  • 1+ year of ServiceTitan CRM experience

  • Ability to read and write in clear English

  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems

  • Ability to communicate financing options clearly to customers

  • Use of ethical sales techniques

  • EPA Type II Certification

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

  • Ability to pass a drug test

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Insurable driving history

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset

  • Self-motivated with a passion for performance and goal achievement

Schedule


  • Full-time position

  • Monday to Friday; may require occasional evenings/weekends based on customer needs


Work Location

  • Travel throughout the Tampa Bay area for customer appointments (company vehicle provided)
