What You'll Be Doing

• HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians focusing on commercial maintenance, service and breakdown work with strong team support when jobs get complex.
• Lead Technicians overseeing apprentices, supporting the project management team on installs and upgrades, and taking ownership of jobs on site.
• All roles are hands-on commercial HVAC and refrigeration work across Brisbane, tailored to your strengths and experience.

  
About You! What We’re Looking For

• Qualified and ready to go with Cert III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, ARCtick and White Card. Comfortable working across commercial sites and able to pass a police check.
• Experience in HVAC and refrigeration with a strong background in commercial maintenance and breakdown work.
• Right attitude where you take pride in your work, value long-term stability and want to be part of a team known for quality. You are not just chasing the next dollar, you want progression, variety and the chance to lead or mentor others.
