The **Technical Solutions Engineer** is responsible for managing the post-order process and providing vital technical support to the Data Centre Sales and Project Management teams. Acting as the primary post-sale point of contact, the role ensures accurate order processing, effective coordination with Carrier factories and third-party suppliers, proactive customer communication, and support throughout the delivery lifecycle.
This role is critical to the commercial performance of the UK&I Data Centre business unit.
