HVAC Technician

Overview

GMG is seeking a highly motivated Technician to join our Facilities Management team. This entry-to-mid-level role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all building systems within our retail portfolio. The technician will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple technical disciplines (including HVAC) and assist senior specialists on complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Technical Systems Maintenance (Primary Focus on Retail Operations): Execute routine Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and cleaning on all air conditioning equipment, primarily focusing on Split AC units and Package AC units.
• Assist lead technicians with complex HVAC systems including Chillers, VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow), and large refrigeration systems.
• Perform minor mechanical maintenance on chilled water pumps and basic water treatment procedures under direction.
