Job Description
- Respond and attend to guest repair requests, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of maintenance issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance problems in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen, and mechanical room equipment, including tasks like cleaning and lubrication to ensure all equipment operates efficiently.
- Visually inspect tools, equipment, and machines to detect any potential issues or wear and tear.
- Carry and operate tools and equipment (e.g., tools, radios) and ensure proper handling and safety.
- Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and utility shut-offs for buildings to ensure proper handling during emergencies.
