Job Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, chillers, refrigerators, and ventilation systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues in HVAC equipment
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations (including proper refrigerant handling)
• Maintain records of services performed, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory
• Recommend system improvements for energy efficiency and reliability
• Coordinate with other departments and provide technical support when needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate of Vocational Course / Technical Certificate in HVAC (TESDA NC II/III preferred)
