HVAC Technician III

Job Summary Details: The HVAC Technician III performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in accordance with client expectations and requests. Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license • Must possess HVAC license in the state, county or city jurisdiction in which work will be performed • Must possess EPA Universal certification credentials • Must have refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification • Three (5) years of HVAC experience are required • A minimum of one (1) year of experience as an HVAC Journeyman is required Preferred Qualifications: • Five (7) years of HVAC experience is p...
