**Job Summary**
In a safe, efficient and professional manner, the HVAC Technician will perform preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot and service commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Experience should include maintenance of ACU’s, AHU’s, heat pumps, VAV’s, DDC’s and ventilation systems. HVAC Technician II will perform tests, rounds and analysis of data to assure the equipment is functioning properly. Experience Maintaining chillers, boilers and kitchen equipment is a plus.
