HVAC Technician

Role Overview: The HVAC Technician is responsible for maintaining the climate control and ventilation systems of the Offshore Substation (OSS). Given that the OSS houses sensitive high-voltage equipment and control systems, the HVAC system is critical for preventing overheating and humidity-related failures. The candidate will ensure that all Air Handling Units (AHU), Fans, and Heaters operate within design parameters to safeguard both personnel comfort and asset integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Air Handling Units (AHU) Maintenance: Perform comprehensive annual and semi-annual inspections of AHU units.
• Conduct internal and external cleaning, including dust removal and condensate drain pan sanitization.
• Inspect and replace joint gaskets and door seals to ensure airtight integrity.
• Verify the condition of protective covers for power cables and connection terminals.
