The HVAC Technician will support the Facilities Engineering Operations & Maintenance (FEO&M) division by performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems within the facility. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and optimal performance of HVAC systems to maintain a comfortable and safe environment.

Responsibilities

  • Make periodic inspections of all Engineering systems and equipment and monitoring equipment operations, and maintain equipment operating logs
  • Mentor less experienced HVAC Technicians
  • Operate and maintain site-critical Engineering systems and equipment that supply the facility with heat, utility and conditioned water, ventilation, air conditioning and other environmental and critical systems in accordance with diag...
