HVAC Technician – Company Vehicle, $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!


Ready to take your HVAC career to the next level? Join our team in Cedar Rapids or Waterloo and enjoy competitive pay starting at $30/hr, year-round work, and a company vehicle!

Successful candidates must live in or near Cedar Rapids or Waterloo, Iowa, and be willing to travel between these two cities using a company-provided vehicle.

What you'll be doing...

  • Driving a company truck to residential homes to perform energy efficiency work

  • Installing energy-saving measures (smart thermostats, lighting, aerators, etc.)

  • Performing home energy assessments and installing and troubleshooting AC load control devices

  • Bending, crouching, kneeling frequently

  • Working in all weather conditions

  • In-person work in multiple homes per day (not remote)

  • Ability to adapt to elongated schedules when needed; typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

  • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience or a combination of training, education, and work experience in a related field required.
