Job Overview


Totally Cool is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician/Installer to join our growing Field Operations team. This is a hands-on role that covers installation, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities


  • Install, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings

  • Interpret and work from job plans and blueprints

  • Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs

  • Troubleshoot refrigerant circuits and perform system charging

  • Ensure systems meet all operational and safety standards

  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

  • Collaborate with office and field team members to ensure quality project completion

  • Participate in paid training and mentorship programs


Qualifications


  • Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience preferred

  • EPA Certification required

  • Strong diagnostic skills in both electrical and refrigerant systems

  • Ability to read and understand job plans and technical documents

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Schedule


  • Full-Time

  • Monday to Friday
