What you will do

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVACTest Lab Supervisor (1st Shift)to oversee daily operations within our state-of-the-art Engineering Test Lab in New Freedom, PA. In this role, you will lead a union team of 40+ employees, ensuring that all activities are carried out in alignment with company policies, applicable laws, and the union contract. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, planning and assigning work and ensuring new employees have completed onboarding and are properly trained. This is an onsite position, and candidates must either live within commuting distance to New Freedom, PA, or be willing to relocate.
