HVAC/Engine Systems Family Manager

The HVAC/Engine Systems Family Manager will will ensure global coherence, commonality, and coordination across Modules, Platforms, Top Hats, and Programs for HVAC & Engine Systems, while reporting program status and milestone reviews to senior leadership.

The responsibilities include monitoring and controlling unit-level activities such as design modifications, packaging issue resolution, production standards, readiness at Stellantis milestones, SCA implementation, KPIs, risk analysis, test plans, sourcing, weight, cost convergence, style feasibility, and validation.
