Job Summary:
As a HVAC/R Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing crews and subcontractors, and ensuring all work is performed safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications. This role is crucial to the success of our projects and requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all phases of construction from start to finish.
- Coordinate and manage labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress and ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
