gpac is working with a well-established national food manufacturer that is seeking skilled HVAC/Refrigeration Technicians to join their team at their facilities in southern Indiana and western Kentucky.

The Refrigeration Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems throughout our facility—including cold production areas—to ensure optimal environmental conditions for food safety, product quality, and employee comfort. This position plays a vital role in supporting compliance with USDA, FDA, and HACCP standards.
