HVDC Engineering Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager – HVDC Control & Protection (C&P) to lead a highly skilled technical team delivering HVDC solutions worldwide. This role combines deep technical involvement in HVDC control technology with people leadership and project execution responsibility.

You will lead a team of approximately 10–15 Control & Protection engineers , accountable for technical delivery across HVDC projects, development of control concepts, and close technical engagement with customers. The role requires hands-on expertise in HVDC control systems and validation and verification, alongside strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching capabilities.
