**Job Description Summary**
HVDC Projects are large and complex projects with multiple sites and multiple teams involved. Lead Project Cost Controller role is part of the Project Controls function and role is to lead the cost management of the project and coordinate with other project cost engineers to establish and control the full project costs. The Lead Project Cost Controller works in close coordination with Lead Project Planner and Project Manager.

+ Lead budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting; establish the cost-control framework (CBS, coding, control accounts) aligned with WBS and corporate governance.
