Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Establish and improve process conditions and technology to ensure flawless operations.
  • Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs by implementing proven strategies.
  • Establish and modify process management projects to strictly maintain standards.
  • Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment to achieve efficient performance.
  • Evaluate, promote, and plan the integration of new equipment and materials.
  • Conduct abnormal analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in semiconductor process engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to successfully implement process improvements and cost reduction strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a diverse team.
