Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for Norwegian-speaking business clients regarding cloud products and solutions
- Provide technical and solution-oriented support via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and optimization of cloud technologies
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable features, upgrades, and configurations
- Troubleshoot technical inquiries and collaborate with internal support teams when needed
- Maintain accurate customer documentation and records within CRM systems
- Stay up-to-date with cloud product updates, features, and industry best practices
- Support customer retention and satisfaction through proactive follow-ups
Requirements
- Native or fluent Norwegian (C1+)
- Fluent English (B2+)
