JOB Description

• Oversee the operation and optimization of hydraulic press machines used in our pilot production.
• Provide hands-on problem-solving  and troubleshooting  during production runs.
• Ensure smooth execution of our pilot run by resolving technical issues swiftly and effectively.
• Collaborate with our team to design and develop new mold solutions  for achieving perfect bomb shape and consistency.
• Offer technical guidance on machine maintenance, performance, and efficiency improvements.
