For a flood and debris flow mitigation project in Ecuador,Haskoningisidentifyinga Hydraulic Expert residing in Ecuador, specialized in numerical modelling of debris flows, toparticipateon a project-based basis.

What will you do

You will lead advanced hydraulic and numerical modelling activities supporting the design of mitigation measures. 


  • Perform numerical modelling of debris flows and extreme hydraulic events 

  • Analyse complex flow behaviour in rivers and mountainous catchments 

  • Provide technical input for mitigation design 

  • Prepare specialist reports and technical documentation 

  • Coordinate with geotechnical and design experts
