A day in the life You kick off by reviewing technical drawings and work instructions, setting up your test stand, and plumbing hydraulic circuits with the right hoses, valves, and regulators. You bring systems safely up to pressure—often beyond 6,000 PSI—track readings on analog gauges, and capture data on the job traveler. When something looks off, you troubleshoot, correct, re‑test, and sign off with confidence. You close the loop by documenting results, updating records on a basic computer system, and sharing insights with your teammates.
