Position Summary:

The Technician– Services (Hydraulics) ensures that all the customer concerns & service jobs are addressed in time.

The person will be responsible for executing the service jobs from hydraulics side for executing service projects (Offshore & Onshore both).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trouble shooting in various Hydraulic Equipment’s in offshore and onshore as well

  • Overhauling, maintenance of various Hydraulic Equipment’s

  • Periodically routine job in according to OEM recommendation

  • Repair and maintains Hydraulic Equipment’s ensuring smooth flow of operations.

  • Diagnoses trouble disassembles Hydraulic Equipment’s and examines parts for defects and excessive wear.

  • Reconditioning and replacing parts such as hydraulic valves, hoses, filters, etc.

  • Preparing DPR’s

  • Adherence to all safety and quality procedure laid down by the organization.

    • Person Specifications:

    PROFILE:

  • A person who has good experience of handling services from the Hydraulics side. He should have experience in working of hydraulics areas.

    • Must have

    Qualifications:

    ITI /Diploma/Mechanical

    Experience:

    · Should have min 5 to 6 years exp if ITI and 2 to 4 years’ experience if Diploma in crane Manufacturing or Heavy Engineering


    · Should have working knowledge of Hydraulic equipment’s
