Stantec is looking for a Hydrologist to join our Environmental Services team. The role can be based in Burnaby, Victoria, Sidney, or other offices in British Columbia, with flexibility for Whitehorse, Yukon.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field programs for hydrologic and climatic data collection and monitoring.
• Use Aquarius software program proficiently.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on baseline studies, assessments, and ongoing monitoring programs.
• Support site selection and study design for hydrometric and climatological projects.
• Compile, manage, and assess hydrometric, hydrogeologic, climate, water quality, and water use data.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment to meet operational and field requirements.
• Manage on‑going data management and reporting functions.
• Communicate technical information clearly both verbally and in writing.
