CARE Workforce Solutions Hygienist – PRN PRN (As-Needed) Healthcare Position Position Overview PRN team members with CARE Workforce Solutions provide as-needed coverage for private medical, dental, and aesthetic practices.
These roles support staffing flexibility, coverage during PTO, high-volume periods, or temporary vacancies.
PRN professionals are expected to be reliable, professional, and clinically competent , with the ability to integrate quickly into existing teams while upholding patient care standards and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities Perform cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive care Take and interpret dental X-rays Educate patients on oral hygiene and care plans Document treatment accurately Requirements Active Dental Hygienist license CPR/BLS certification Experience in general or specialty dental practices Ideal Candidate Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
Reliable internet and phone access.
