Job Description
Role - Hyland OnBase
Location - remote
Deep, hands-on expertise with Hyland OnBase, including direct experience leading OnBase platform migrations
Proven capability in OnBase data extraction, document export, and metadata mapping to external repositories
Strong understanding of OnBase security models, permissions, and access controls, with ability to scope and translate them for a target system
Experience designing and executing search enablement strategies based on OnBase metadata and indexing structures
Ability to lead discovery, migration planning, and end-to-end execution, including risk identification and stakeholder coordination (SharePoint expertise not required)
