Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Experience in Incident Management, Problem Solving, Project Management and Telecom - Network Management
- Experience in hypercare or post-implementation support roles.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
