Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

  • Experience in hypercare or post-implementation support roles

  • Experience with telecom clients.

  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Familiarity with telecom or IT systems preferred
