Experience - 3-8 years

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the design, build and deliver Oracle cloud FP&A implementations, working with global teams to turn requirements into deliverables. You'll guide junior staff and manage all project phases to ensure timely, high-quality solutions.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant in Client's Planning/EPBCS/PBCS/PCMCS team, you will:

• Lead end-to-end design and development of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, PBCS, EPBCS, and PCMCS applications

• Drive requirement gathering, project delivery, and risk assessment for complex client engagements

• Design and develop core components, including integrations, calculation scripts, business rules, dashboards, forms, and reports.

• Manage system testing, UAT and Hypercare tasks

• Champion technical excellence and ensure consistent, high-quality results across all phases

• Proactively resolve and escalate critical issues to safeguard project timelines and objectives

• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.

• Foster collaboration among leads, onsite teams, and stakeholders to drive solution optimization

• Mentor and empower junior team members, shaping technical and functional capabilities

• Serves as a key liaison between business users and the project's technical team
