Accountabilities

Operational/Strategic

• Very closely align to Digital Solution Managers to deliver value stream portfolio 
• Own and Develop  Application solution Blueprints
• Actively Run CI idea meetings
• Manage small change delivery  for respective Value streams
• Ownership of Value stream SPD’s

Team Leadership

• Ensure Team Members have individual Performance
• Monitor team members work schedule and lead the team
• Manage training & development
• Supporting in Prioritizing & occupancy of resources

Stakeholder Management

• Develop & Maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders ( Finance Operations /IT etc..)
• Ensure Team understands business requirements & endure timely delivery
