IA Operations Executive (Jr/Semi Sr)

We are looking for someone to join our Operations team as an Onboarding Executive, who understands the importance of providing exceptional service and is passionate about technology and AI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys kickstarting client relationships, translating requirements into functional AI assistants, and ensuring a smooth and successful implementation process for new customers.

As part of our Onboarding team, you will play a key role in the first phase of the customer journey—helping clients realize the value of Darwin AI from day one.

• Carry out the onboarding process of new client accounts, ensuring all necessary information is collected and configured for a successful launch.
