Focus: Operational support and configuration management.
Responsibilities
- Triage IAM-related tickets and provide timely resolution.
- Configure and manage Auth0 settings and policies.
- Parse and analyze logs to identify issues and trends.
- Act as an IAM subject matter expert for internal teams.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Auth0 configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills for log parsing and issue resolution.
- Background in IAM engineering and support operations.
Pay: $15-25/hr USD
