IAM-Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to support requirements gathering, process documentation, and solution delivery for security and access governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IAM projects.
• Collaborate with security, engineering, and business teams to define access workflows and system integrations.
• Support user access reviews, role design, and access governance activities.
• Create process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Assist in testing, validation, and implementation of IAM solutions.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Required Skills
