Responsibilities:
- Perform technical support of IAM solutions; support issues reported by users and perform fixes, ensuring that the system is properly maintained.
- Ensure the stability, health, and performance of IAMS implementation and make sure SLA requirements are met.
- Coordinate with customer's vendor team, internal support and technical team on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades; making sure services are available and ensuring minimal disruption to the system
- Participate in new application on-boarding and change implementation deployment tasks:
- Develop documentations (requirement, design, test cases & verification results, user guides, etc.)
- Adapter deployment and configuration; configure IAM product, workflow, and application integrations
