IAM Implementation Manager

The IAM Implementation manager is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) solutions within the organization. This role focuses on integrating and customizing IAM platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring seamless user lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and access recertification processes. The IAM Developer collaborates with cross-functional teams to secure applications, automate provisioning/deprovisioning, and enforce compliance standards. Additionally, they troubleshoot and resolve issues, optimize system performance, and drive continuous improvement of IAM solutions to safeguard enterprise assets.
