Position Purpose
This position will report to the IAM Ops Americas Lead
They will be responsible for the IAM operations in Asia. This includes oversight, maintenance, monitoring and break/fix activities related to all IAM technologies and processes. This role will focus on ensuring IAM Services are continuously operating by ensuring ongoing support and management to achieve agree to Service Level Agreements.
The role will support and operate IAM Services and perform operational duties as it relates to Asia region.
This role is key in supporting Brambles IT Security cyber security goals and objectives including achieving the vision of a zero-trust architecture.
Major/Key Accountabilities
Engineering and Build activities.
Lead the build, development, configuration and build activities for Privileged Access Management (PAM), Shared / Service Account Management, Active Directory (AD) and Digital Certificate Management. Help to build and drive new capabilities and enhancements to IAM technologies and processes outlined on the IAM Strategic RoadmapProvide recommendations for additional IAM solutions or enhancements to existing controls, to improve overall our front-line security defenseParticipate in the deployment, integration and initial configuration of all new IAM solutions as well as enhancements to existing IAM solutions in accordance with standards and best practicesOperational Activities
System Administration: Handle the day-to-day administration of the IAM system, including user provisioning and deprovisioning.Provide a first point of contact for L3 IAM escalations for IAM ensuring a thorough review, escalation and management capability is maintained.Help maintain operational configurations of all IT IAM solutions as per any established baselines.Monitor all IAM solutions for efficient and appropriate operations.Handle updates and patching as it relates to IAM Technologies including emergency patchesTroubleshooting: Identify and resolve IAM issues promptly to minimize disruptions.Project Participation: Contribute to IAM projects and initiatives, such as implementing new security measures or integrating systems.Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for IAM processes and procedures.Compliance: Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks.Training: Help facilitate when necessary to conduct and/or provide training to new users on IAM SystemsOperate processes (Break, Fix, Maintain) related to IAM ProcessesUpdate and maintain appropriate documentation including runbook(s)Provide recommendations for additional IAM solutions or enhancements to existing controls, to improve overall our front-line security defenseParticipate in the deployment, integration and initial configuration of all new IAM solutions as well as enhancements to existing IAM solutions in accordance with standards and best practicesMaintain detailed knowledge of the IAM Domain including awareness of new or revised IAM solutions, improved IAM processes, and the ability to consult and provide IAM mitigation solutionsAssist to establish and enforce IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Provide input to the build new capabilities and enhancements efforts for IAM technologies and processes outlined on the IAM Strategic RoadmapAssist, coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutionsProvide training and support to users on IAM policies and proceduresStay updated on the latest IAM technologies and best practices, and ensure the team is similarly informedKey Competencies:

Skills: Strong understanding of IAM technologies including Authentication. Access Lifecycle Management, LDAP Certificate Management, Repositories, ID Administration, risk management and compliance requirements, and incident response
Desirable Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business or related field, Professional certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP) are highly desirable
