What you will do
• Assist in developing access administration processes.
• Propose opportunities for improving existing processes.
• Oversee daily operations managed by the MSP, ensuring processes are followed efficiently.
• Advise the MSP on best practices and guardrails related to access administration.
• Work with the Service Management Team to analyze MSP performance.
• Act as the point of contact for any process clarifications.
• Ensure new work transitions to access administration are handled efficiently by the MSP.
• Collaborate with the product manager to analyze and prioritize service and value-add opportunities.
• Serve as a liaison between the IAM ServiceNow team and the MSP team.
• Work with S&C and the MSP to ensure all processes comply with security measures.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between various stakeholders and the access administration team.
• Manage SLAs and KPIs in collaboration with the Service Delivery Team.
• Ensure the MSP takes ownership of work items.
• Provide feedback to the MSP on any process discrepancies.
About you
Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum bacehlors degree from BCA/BSc/BS in computer application or any related discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in understanding of Identity and Access Management processes.
• Familiarity with existing ServiceNow forms.
• Knowledge of Customer Service principles.
• Understanding of the different towers in Access Administration.
• Knowledge of Incident Management processes.
• Understanding of the Escalation process.
• Experience with Vendor Management and monitoring MSPs' Governance Model, SOW, and KPIs.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, SQL querying, IdentityNow, MS Office Suite, and ServiceNow forms.
• Basic understanding of Risk and Compliance Management.
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management processes.
• Familiarity with existing ServiceNow forms.
• Knowledge of Customer Service principles.
